Foraging Walk

In thiis class you will learn about edible and medicinal wild plants commonly found in the spring. We will be looking for and examining nutritious greens, their uses, and their niche in the local ecology. Class will meet near the windmill behind school.Boots or waterproof footwear is recommended.
