Come learn some tips for cooking once and eating twice and take home some great recipes to try. Successful Meal Planning, taught by Dr. Eric Betz, an Applied Kinesiology Chiropractor, is about caring about what you eat. In this March 30, 6 p.m., class, he will discuss topics such as what and when to eat, how digestion figures in your overall health, and ways you can set goals for good health with how you eat.
